Rational Emotive Therapy | හේතුවාදී න්‍යාය (video)

Rational Emotive Therapy (RET), later known as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), is a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) developed by Albert Ellis in the 1950s. This therapeutic approach is based on the premise that emotional and behavioral disturbances are largely a result of irrational beliefs and distorted thinking. REBT aims to help individuals identify and change these irrational beliefs, thereby improving their emotional well-being and fostering healthier behaviors.
